Recently, we completed a redesign site for Gassen Companies, a property management company in Minneapolis. The challenge with this website was accounting for and updating all of the old content, as well as showcase this cutting-edge company in a way that matches their style. The new site is easier to navigate, more user-friendly, and just works better. A scrolling testimonial feature in the sidebar showcases those in a new way, and a “Did You Know” section shows random facts about homeowners association processes and more. Also, there’s now a blog where news and announcements, as well as other property management related articles, will be posted.

The side navigation takes a visitor straight to their services, such as HOA management in Minnesota, maintenance, rental services, accounting, and other services for HOAs and community associations. Homeowners who need to download documents and visitors looking for condo and townhome rentals or townhome association management in Minnesota can now easily find their way around the site, and it’s much better to look at.
