					<description>I have been and always will be OK with the inclusion of anything on the web that works, including Flash. My biggest problem (and I would generally say the same for Javascript) is when not having it really does mean not using a site. Pages that require Flash or JavaScript should have a pure HTML version with the same core functionality.</description>
